Cat cow 60 sec
Yoga push up 5 reps
Hip thrust 8-10 reps
Hollow hold 30”
Halo 6+6

2️⃣ Power & Plyos
A skip 20 sec
Banded broad jump 5 reps
2H Dead Stop Swing 5 reps

3️⃣ Strength & Hypertrophy
Double kickstand deadlift 6-8 + 6-8
SA front rack reverse lunge 6-8 + 6-8
Double bridge chest press 8-10
Supported BOR 10-12

4️⃣ Cool down
Foam roll T/s
2min Nasal breathing

Did half during lunch break & half once we finished up calls for the day. It doesn’t need to be perfect, it just needs to get done 👏🏼

Being able to push yourself up from the floor builds confidence that cant be bought! 💯

You EARN that strength through the daily reps and consistency.

I didn’t wakeup one day and have the ability to rip 35 push ups in a row…

I gradually built my strength and endurance over the years and have enjoyed the process of getting better at doing something hard.

We train with hundreds of incredible men and woman who start working out with us barely able to do a push up and now they’re ripping 10, 20, 40+ reps in a row.

And these gains aren’t by mistake. They are following a plan that I designed to build strength, improve the way you move and master technique.

We all need a routine that keeps us excited and ready to show up to life 💯

Yesterday we hiked with our 78 year old neighbor David.
If you didn’t know the guy and just saw him move you’d think he was in his 50s… no exaggeration.

So I asked him what his routine was like… how he stayed so fit approaching 80 years young and his answer was simple 👇🏼

“Every morning I go through the same 45 minute routine… it combines strength, mobility and balance. And then I get out for a walk immediately after.”

“Some days it’s hard to get going but I know the alternative is even harder”

He finished with…

“I’m okay with getting weaker but I refuse to be weak”

Man… that got us so fired up to get up this morning and rip a trail run!

David’s message is simple… use it or lose it.

And having a routine that keeps you strong for life is so important.

We want to be able to do this for the rest of our life so we’re out here doing the damn thing 🤟🏼

Here’s why most people never make progress 👇🏼

We used to avoid lateral lunges, split squats and other exercises we weren’t good at.

Kickstand Dead Clean Push Press 4+4

3️⃣ Strength & Hypertrophy
Heel elevated Goblet squat 10 reps
Goblet Lateral Lunge 8+8 reps
Supported BOR 12+12 reps
Chest press 10-12+10-12 reps

4️⃣ Finisher
5 rounds 2H Swing 30second on 20second off

Kettlebell core exercises 🔥

If you need a lil something on a recovery day grab a light bell and give this circuit a run 👏🏼

While these exercises don’t isolate your abs they do activate your entire body.
Generally we’ll use them as a part of our warm up or a stand alone core circuit.

✔️ Shoulders & upper back feel more mobile
✔️ Core feels active & tighter
✔️ Arms get a nice pump too

We are in the best shape of our life working out from home with kettlebells 💪🏼

👉🏼 3 days a week, 45 minutes, full body

Not chasing PRs every week but stacking consistent workouts month after month.

The goal is to finish every workout feeling accomplished not broken down that way the rest of your day you are present, strong & energized.

Science based gym bros will say kettlebell workouts aren’t optimal yet they can’t run a mile without getting out of breathe.

Once you have a plan you look forwards to showing up to consistently you have cracked the code 👏🏼

We don’t plan on going back to the gym any time soon and haven’t felt like we’ve been missing out on anything.
