Full send in the Grand Canyon! 🤟🏼🏜️

Having the strength, ability and confidence to hike down to the Colorado River and back up in the same day can’t be bought.
Only a handful of people get to experience the magnitude, magic and depth of the Canyon… It’s WILDLY beautiful! 😍

We hiked to the bottom 5 years ago when I proposed to Gabby and we felt 10x stronger this time around.
Strength training, time on feet, keeping our joints healthy & pain free made this 16 mile hike ENJOYABLE.
Taking care of yourself serves a bigger purpose… it allows you to experience life to the fullest 👏🏼

Best part is we got to experience it with our best friend Jack who’s been training to prepare for this visit the last 6 months following the programs we deliver on the Kettlebell Athletes training app 🙌🏼🤳🏽
So proud of Jack for tackling this beast! This was his first “real hike” and he went ALL IN 🤣
Over the last 6 months he strung together 3 workouts a week, cleaned up his nutrition and dropped 30lbs to build a body that’s durable and he can trust.

The work is simple but that doesn’t mean it’s easy!

Short on time? Do more with less. 👇🏼

2 months into 2026 — checkin’ in!

Grateful for every experience and opportunity we’re given 🙌🏼

Started the month hosting my parents in Sedona for a week. The older I get the more I realize, every chance we get to spend time together is special! They both turned 66, and they’ve done so much for us over the years. Being able to give back in even this small way means everything to us.

Wrapped up February skiing in Taos with our best friend and celebrated his son turning 8. Watching Hudson go from crawling to darting down the mountain was unreal. We almost skipped the trip because we were “too busy”… but I’m so glad we didn’t. Life is short.

A lot of people don’t know this, but without Levi there might not be Kettlebell Athletes. Six years ago, during a visit, he gave me the courage and inspiration to start my coaching business after being furloughed from my physical therapy job. Surround yourself with people who push you outside of your comfort zone!

Working hard on being present and appreciating this amazing life we’ve been given AND created. Even better that we get to build this life & share these experiences together. We know that our 16 year old selves would be STOKED 🤟🏼

February was a good month… excited to see what March has in store 👀

Life is too short not to book the trip!🎿🏔️

We get it…
You’ve got deadlines
Work responsibilities
Family obligations
& you got to be mindful of your finances

But when we look back on life we’re not going to remember the weeks/weekends we work or the money we’re stashing away in our savings…
We’re going to remember the experiences we share with the people we care about the most.

This last minute trip to NM filled up our cup… it’s so fun spending time out in the mountains!

So proud of Gab for crushing it her second time on the slopes…
It’s so rewarding seeing how much progress you can make in such a short amount of time when you GO FOR IT.
Also… It’s a huge help when you feel strong and confident in your body and what you’re capable of.

Will definitely be dropping a post on exercises that keep you feeling STRONG for the mountains… cause I’m telling you we ripped 3 days straight clocking in 15-20 runs and we could run it back for another 3.

We’ve been wanting to come here for years and we finally get to check it off the bucket list…
