I loved the meditation and heeling exercises we did out on hiking trails surrounded by nature. I had an incredible experience while walking the Labyrinth at Mago Ranch. Melina made sure that I understood the whole meaning of the Labyrinth and was there with me from beginning to end. We touched on so many topics related to spirituality and living a healthy life. To sum it up, my week at SpiritFlow went way and beyond my expectations!"
