Great review from Jennifer... "I had a mini retreat with Melina during my short visit to Sedona, AZ, and the experience was wonderful. She was both kind and professional. We began with a one-on-one conversation where she explained how the retreat would unfold and what the process would look like.
Throughout the session, we did vortex meditation, sound bath healing, and reiki. I grew up Catholic and have been exploring how to incorporate other healing practices and meditation into my life. Melina was incredibly understanding and guided me through each step at a comfortable pace.
Her energy is truly lovely, and I felt noticeably calmer and more grounded after our mini retreat."

I loved the meditation and heeling exercises we did out on hiking trails surrounded by nature. I had an incredible experience while walking the Labyrinth at Mago Ranch. Melina made sure that I understood the whole meaning of the Labyrinth and was there with me from beginning to end. We touched on so many topics related to spirituality and living a healthy life. To sum it up, my week at SpiritFlow went way and beyond my expectations!"
