I am so grateful for the opportunity to work with those who wish to receive 💜

I revised a special offering this week. What was once only offered as the Trauma Release Program now also has an alternate intention base: Manifestation & Creation.

This session offering is a 3 hour in person journey with facilitated energy healing beforehand. It is a beautiful opportunity to tune in to the Essential Self and share time in loving and open reflection.

Monday Morning Meditations 💚💚💚

We all need therapeutic touch, something that has become more obvious for many people over the last few months as our social lives are changing 💜

Reflecting on the decreased social engagement and contact makes me even more aware of the power of this work.

While stress and anxiety levels are increasing for some the need for practices that address those in healthy ways must also be available.

It has long been my belief that healing can happen in many ways and there is no one "right" way but an individualized journey. It is important that we relate to our health in empowered ways, to recognize our ability to create change in our mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health at any time that we choose.

I continue to work and serve for those that may want these offerings. I am enjoying watching the evolution of providers worldwide who are offering their gifts and expertise in the holistic approach to health. I hope this becomes a time of great transformation and social empowerment of what caring for ourselves, each other, our communities and the planet looks like. 💜

Before ever having seen this type of image or ever having heard of a toroidal energy field I was shown this pattern of energy movement through the body system as I performed Reiki on my Master teacher. This energy flow and directional energy movement then revealed additional sub-patterns as a way to clear and heal the physical system and beyond.

When I starting utilizing this system of healing for others I found another exciting layer of information. This technique seems to alter the sense of time felt by both myself as practitioner and recipients.

In Reiki we learn Long Distance Healing as a method of healing that which happens throughout the continuum of time (either future or past as it unfolds in this moment). This technique offers something different - more of a suspension of felt/perceived time.

I find myself contemplating the Nature of Reality a lot recently and getting glimpses of the mechanisms of how things "unfold". Seeing this image this morning brought a new awareness of how this technique and the explorations I have been working with are somehow connected. I look forward to moving deeper into this process - which I feel also has to do with simultaneous realities from different dimensions existing side by side and possibly even interacting with one another - and sharing anything that comes through 💜🤗💜
