Hello friends,
There's a lot going on Collectively in the world and individually in people's lives. If you're intuitive or 'Sensitive', you may feel a change in the Energetic wind. We ask you to keep on with your lives, but remember to incorporate holding the light.

How can you hold the light?
In the simplest ways. 1 way is to not contribute to the dense energies already created..

Also, being mindful of your thoughts.
Calling in the frequency of love daily. Pause and feel the energy around you. The go on about your day.

Also, calling in Golden light to you and through you down into Mother Earth and back up to father sky.

Then back down to your beautiful self.

If you can, go out to your yard or in the woods and take off your shoes to Ground and connect with the earth do this as much as possible for 10-15 minutes. Not only can this increase your awareness and connection with the earth and her magnetic waves. But it causes your cells to be happier and more in harmony increasing your health and wellness.

Lastly give thanks every day for what you can think of you're grateful for.

Don't focus on what you can not affect or change. What you can change for the good, work on changing.

There are 4 more days until the Book release and as you can imagine I'm super excited to share this first book in the series with the world!

Not just because I wrote it. There's so much more to it.

I haven't shared with a lot of people, but I was a domestic violence survivor after being married at the very early age of 19. And that experience stifled my voice and defined my early adulthood for a very long time. Although this book has nothing to do with that past experience, it represents sharing a part of my voice in a creative way that I had wanted to do since sitting at a typewriter for the first time at 12 years old.

It all started a few years before I felt the pull to move West. My close friend, Jayla, had introduced me to a few spiritual teachers. I friended a few of the teachers online and began to peer into what they were sharing. That’s when a rain of synchronistic events started to happen in my life as things began to shift even more… and things also started to really speed up.

Out of the blue, my computer would randomly open to these various websites, or different recommended YouTube videos would find their way to my recommended videos. As they did, watching them began to greatly expand my consciousness about the world we live in and the reality of life. Night after night I’d stay up, watching and reading. One night, when I turned off my computer..
