Create a New Path 🪻

One way to change old habits is by creating new, healthier ones. When a new path is walked often enough, the old one grows over and fades away. Habits work the same way.🚶‍♂️

Instead of trying to break bad habits, give your brain repeated experiences that spark positive emotions. Don't fight the old. Gently turn your attention to the new. Think of it as giving your brain a fresh set of clothes, different from what it's always worn.

Starting a new habit is like crossing a field with no path. One walk leaves no trail. But walk it again and again, and your steps begin to carve the way.

Over time, a clear new path emerges. This is how new neural pathways form in the brain. With steady repetition, these circuits grow stronger, and real change begins to take root in your life. 💫

If you’ve been feeling ready to create a new path in your life, this is your invitation.

Join us for the Self-Empowerment Qigong Retreat—a space to reset your energy, build supportive habits, and reconnect with yourself in a deeper way. 🌿

This tip completely changed how we think about communication 🤔

Recently, our president shared a communication tip that made us laugh and also deeply reflect. It was:

“Try to be at least as kind, understanding, and willing to help as AI.”

Challenge accepted. 😅

So during some very dramatic weather (hail, sunshine, blue sky, and pink flowers all at once), we filmed this reel for our friends and community.

Maybe it’s a good reminder that many possibilities can exist together at the same time—especially when we communicate with kindness. 💙

Sometimes it’s the vast views.
Sometimes it’s the smallest flower.
Either way, beauty has a way of slowing us down here. 🌿

A son's recommendation became an opportunity for deeper self-awareness.

At the Finding True Self Retreat, this guest shared that he began recognizing the barriers he had placed on himself—patterns that prevented him from thinking in new ways or finding better solutions.

“This actually affects you not only in your professional life, but also your social life.”

Real change begins with awareness. And when one person shifts, it can create a ripple through the whole family. ✨
