Here are 5 plants everyone should have at home. I have all except the snake plant. I've never been a huge fan of plants that don't serve a multiuse food or herbal function.

But this plant helps purify the air which is a huge plus. It's also an overall pretty cool looking plant to have.👍🏼🪴

Gardening season has officially ended for me. But not without some amazing figs, zucchini, Jerusalem artichokes, tomatoes and plenty of greens, flowers and herbs!🌿🧡🥦🌼

And today, now that cool season has officially began, the broccoli has started to come out:) so grateful for every experience this Summer.

And for those that don't know. I'm a Clinical certified herbalist with my own herbal supplement product line with tinctures, Teas and balms. And I use the very herbs and flowers I grow to make my products. The only thing I don't currently grow is my Egyptian Blue and red lotus flowers, which I have shipped to me from Egypt.

I have roughly 50% of what I have for sale on my Etsy but plenty more because I also do pop-up Markets.

Many in the Northern Hemisphere are winding down their gardens for the Summer. While some are planting fall and winter plants that are more hardy and okay with cooler temps and slightly less sunlight:)🌿

A lot of things did well this Summer, but my tomatoes are many and still going strong!!.😊

The next time you have overripe organic or Heirloom tomatoes from the store. Go to your garden beds or plant pots and squeeze the tomatoes in the soil.🤗🍅

I have different tomato vines popping up everywhere that are the gifts that keep on giving!! And fig trees too:)

Buy the fruit trees Young for less money and have patience!! You'll be glad you did:))🥰

Container gardening is just as beneficial as having a garden or better!🌾💜
Since you wouldn't have to be concerned about herbs popping up in places you may not want. Especially if you're in a rental versus owning your space.

Just make sure your precious plants don't get too root bound in the pots or it can affect your plants in different ways.

This is my Motherwort with Mugwort growing side, by side. I took it out the plastic pot to put it in a larger clay pot and noticed it was completely root bound. and although I water it daily, the bottom was bone dry!

After repotting, I used a hose to soak it through until the water came out the bottom. Happy Container gardening!🌿🙏🏼💛
