As the Winter Solstice approaches, many of us feel it —
a quiet fatigue, a restlessness, an emotional undercurrent that doesn’t always have words.
Life may look “fine,” yet something inside is asking for pause, warmth, and meaning.
This weekend at Sedonya, we’re offering something simple and real.
Music.
Movement.
Ceremony.
Time together.
Not to fix anything —
but to soften, ground, and reconnect.
You’re welcome to come for one session or stay for more.
You don’t need experience.
You don’t need to arrive in the “right” headspace.
Just come as you are.
Across this sacred Solstice weekend, we gather in rhythm, breath, and devotion. We open Friday evening with an intimate chant concert — sound as refuge, sound as remembrance. Saturday unfolds with Kundalini Yoga rooted in steadiness and clarity, followed by an afternoon devoted to mantra, voice, and bhakti — not performance, but presence. On Sunday, we move through a fierce yet supportive Kali-themed practice, then close the weekend in warmth and community with cacao and healing heart songs.
