🏜Sedona is filled with beautiful souls walking their healing and spiritual paths. Every day, we meet healers, practitioners, and those feeling called to step into spiritual work here.

Having been born and raised in the area, raising my two daughters in Cottonwood, and running SpiritQuest Sedona Retreats for nearly 20 years, I’ve witnessed many waves of change in this community.

🙋‍♀️As we move deeper into a fast, digitized, AI-driven world, I feel called to speak to something older and more primal—the true spirit behind spiritual work.

📱❌A spiritual business built on quick fixes, over-promising, gimmicks, or fear-based sales is out of alignment with universal law. These approaches don’t lead people closer to their truth—they pull them further away. Truth is something only the individual can access. No device, algorithm, or outside authority can do that work for them.

Lately, I’ve seen a push to dominate the “spiritual industry,” and in the process, we risk forgetting what truly matters. To me, authentic spiritual leadership and business rest on a few essential pillars:

• Integrity to the client—always placing their well-being above profit
• Authenticity and humility—continually doing your own inner work
• Circulation of abundance—when you grow, those around you grow too; support your team, your community, and give back through service and charity
• True practitioners—no shortcuts, no inflated credentials; integrity here is non-negotiable
• Empowering the client—healing should return power to the individual, not create dependency through mystery, jargon, or over-promising
