Using color, music, nature, guided imagery, and breath., people of all ages learn fun and creative methods for enjoying the freedom and confidence to feel good about themselves. It is encouraging that you recognize the value of incorporating self-esteem building skills for you and clientele. As we both know, individuals can sometimes exhibit behaviors of low self-esteem, caused by a lack of confidence and feeling badly about themselves. They may often feel unlovable, awkward, or incompetent, which includes having a fragile sense of self that can easily be wounded. Together we will be taking the vital steps to address the change we so need in this world. Self-esteem building can be a fun and natural part of learning and growing. Star Beam Self-Esteem is beaming brightly with the opportunity to partner with you in providing this service and accomplishing this goal
