Join lifelong movement teacher Ollie Barre for Movement is Medicine — a unique blend of movement therapy, martial arts, yoga, and mindfulness. With over 20 years of experience in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, yoga, and holistic fitness, Ollie’s classes build strength, improve mobility, and restore balance in body and mind. Each one-hour session flows through breathwork, mobility, dynamic movement, yoga integration, and meditation, leaving you grounded, energized, and more connected. All levels welcome.

Surrender to a soulful pole dance journey series that weaves sensuality, strength, and self-discovery into a powerful personal experience! 🔥
This 90-minute class is crafted to deepen your connection between your body and soul in a playful, liberating and supportive space.

We’ll begin with a slow Warm Up to awaken your muscles. Then, you’ll master a simple pole trick to harness your inner strength, no experience required!
The session is completed with pole flow dance party and cool down, where you can unleash your sensual side and practice what you learned through music tasting. Infused with truth-or-dare-inspired prompts, this class dares you to spark curiosity and embrace your boldest self.
