I'm trying this.
I updated today because my entire feed was ads. After I did this, I see everyone again. I’m not sure how it works, but it did!
To regain friends in your news feed and get rid of ads: hold your finger anywhere in this post and click ′copy’. Go to your page where it says ‘What's on your mind?’. Tap your finger anywhere in the blank field and click paste. This upgrades the system somehow.
It's sad we have to keep doing this to kill the ads and see our friends.
The Ads are getting ridiculous!
I do this every time i see this.

Sitting here on a beautiful sun drenched day here in Oak Creek Canyon contemplating the miraculous gift of life and living , a day short of my 68th circle around the sun . My life (and I’m sure yours as well) has been an epic journey filled with unspeakable joys and sorrows , more miraculous and charming moments than a soul could ask for or imagine . I know Greetings dear friends 🌻I’ve enjoyed quite a few more yesterday’s that I have tomorrow’s , every breath I take , every heartbeat and step I take on this earth walk I’m profoundly grateful and honored to be your friend , thank you for being you , being a part of this amazing theatrical production we call life and living .
