Another soul-awakening journey has come to a close — and my heart is overflowing.
I just finished guiding 40 beautiful souls through a 5-day Love Heals Retreat in Sedona.
They arrived carrying uncertainties, worries, pain, and the quiet weight of challenges they’d been facing alone. And over five transformative days, they blossomed — into joy, into light, into an energy so vibrant and full that they were ready to pour it into everyone around them.
I want to take a moment to honor every single one of them.
Thank you for the courage it took to show up. Thank you for trusting the healing process — even in the moments when old pain and buried emotions rose to the surface stronger than before, when it felt impossible to believe that change was coming. You stayed. You opened to something incredible within yourself.
And on the last day, you felt something that seemed unimaginable on Day 1 — an enormous, boundless love for yourself and for each other. A Divine Love beyond explanation. WE felt One. Connected through pure, open hearts with clarity, beyond our pasts, our stories, our backgrounds, our identities — fully present in this moment, together.
WE came together in a love that is unconditional — the kind that doesn’t depend on how long you’ve known someone. It is eternal. It lives inside every one of us from the moment we arrive on this Earth to the moment we leave it.
We realized we all want the same thing.
We are all walking toward the same place.
— to be the full expression of that Love.
The way we each express our truth may look different — just as flowers differ in color, size, and fragrance — yet every single one is breathtakingly beautiful.
