Red Mountain Sedona is a licensed, mindfulness-based, trauma-informed therapeutic healing center for young adults who have not yet met their life goals.

We provide evidence-based therapies and skills development services with an independent living model. Red Mountain Sedona is a Therapeutic Healing Program for young adults that offers professional clinical services, meditation programs, yoga, martial arts, hiking, equine therapy, and 12-step discussion. Our philosophy is rooted in the belief that a "mindful," healthy life is more enjoyable and peaceful than a life of compulsive behavior and internal strife. We assist with the healing from past trauma, grief, loss, and wreckage caused by poor decision-making. We encourage and help our patrons to rebuild faulty relationships with family, loved ones, and most importantly themselves. We also teach and guide our patrons toward the "creation" of a more desirable future, by eliminating the self-limiting beliefs and behaviors that have confined them for so long.

Red Mountain Sedona is looking for a full-time therapist to join our multidisciplinary team supporting young adults (18–32) in a mindfulness-based, relational, and community-integrated residential program.

Ski and snowboard season is off to a fantastic start in Flagstaff, with 57” of snow recorded in the last week alone! Our students (and staff!) are having a blast in this fresh pow, and will be out on the Mountain every Saturday until the season concludes. Come shred with us!

Our students just wrapped up a three-day mountain biking trip in Moab, Utah, taking a break from routine to explore new areas and spend time with friends.

These adventures aren’t just about biking, they’re about building resilience, practicing mindful decision-making, supporting each other on trail, and rediscovering the joy of being fully present (preferably with a great view).

As is the Red Mountain way, mindfulness looks different here.

Red Mountain Sedona turns 11!

We celebrated our 11th anniversary today with a potluck and pickleball tournament at the park alongside our amazing staff and students!

It’s difficult to put into words what it means to be part of this incredible community. The healing and growth that our students and their families experience on the path of individuation is remarkable, and we’re grateful to walk beside them.

What a privilege it is to work with such a compassionate and skilled team, with each person contributing a colorful thread to the Red Mountain Sedona mandala.

Here’s to 11 years of healing, growth, and connection, and to many more ahead!
