May 2026 be the year we finally don't burn out.
I've witnessed time and time again, in myself and others, the healing power of living out these simple resolutions. What I love about them is how simply reading them causes my shoulders to relax, and my brain to settle down.
From this slower, gentler, mindset, we can really tune in and find balance again.
