May 2026 be the year we finally don't burn out.

I've witnessed time and time again, in myself and others, the healing power of living out these simple resolutions. What I love about them is how simply reading them causes my shoulders to relax, and my brain to settle down.

From this slower, gentler, mindset, we can really tune in and find balance again.

Will you join me in setting any of these resolutions this year?

No matter how much time you have, a hormone-supporting activity is within your reach.

Enjoy flipping through (and completing!) these Happy Hormone menus, and let me know which activities you resonate with the most. 💚

Slowing down to notice the simple gifts in our days is what leads to our holistic wellness and richest life. My time in Hawaii reinforced this for me all the more.

I'm reminded of the beauty of choosing intention over busyness, of choosing what truly matters to us over what we're told "should" matter--especially as we walk through this holiday season that need not be as stressful as we make it.

What simple gifts have been appearing in your life lately when you take the time to notice?

Note: This reflection is excerpted from my monthly email newsletter, where I share updates, reflections, and holistic wellness tips each month! I would love for you to join our ever-growing community 💚

Are your shoulders carrying more stress and tension than usual these days? Let's show them some love with this quick wall stretch, and notice how it positively impacts our mental state as well.

Share this to spread some happy shoulder awareness with the people in your circle! ✨

Consider for a moment that your body follows the same rhythms as nature. Just like trees conserve energy in winter, we’re meant to rest, reflect, and nourish ourselves more deeply.

Despite the hustle and bustle of the holidays, this season actually deep down calls us to soften instead of pushing harder.

To sleep a little more.
To warm your body with nourishing foods.
To choose slower, steadier habits.

How are you intentionally slowing down this winter, like nature does?

💚 Share this reminder to help those in your circle stay healthy and aligned this season.

As we begin December (with its shorter days, lower temperatures, and increased amount of social gatherings!) it's more important than ever to slow down and really prioritize the habits that support our hormones. Tuning in to honor our bodies sets us up for an energized, grounded, and happy holiday season.

Which of these will you commit to checking off today?

Save this post to refer back to throughout the month!

It was such a joy having Deb Lash on the podcast last month, where she shared about her story and her expertise of Foundation Training.

So much of our day-to-day can lead to contraction of areas like the hips and lower back, but Foundation Training guides them back to expansion and realignment.

I loved this exercise she gave us that is an absolute game-changer for long workdays and travel days! Let me know how it goes for you!

You can listen to this entire episode of Rooted in Healing on Apple Podcasts. This is one of my 20 (and counting!) conversations about holistic wellness and the many different ways our bodies so wisely call us back home to ourselves. 💙
