These meditations are a gentle pause created to soothe the nervous system, soften the mind, and guide the heart back toward clarity and calm.
 
Through the intertwining voices of harp and crystal singing bowls, you will experience a place to rest, to listen, and to remember the light that has always been within reach.

Join Shelly on Thursday, January 15 from 6pm to 7pm PST and the third Thursday of every month thereafter.
