Basic Herbalism starts April 24th.
Thursdays 5 - 7:30.
In person in Flagstaff through Zoom everywhere else.
We will begin a deep dive into the world of Herbal Medicine. I will be your guide sharing the knowledge gained through 30+ years of working with Herbs.
I have dedicated my life to the path of Traditional Medicine, so that this knowledge is not lost...

Testing out my new phone and making Poo Poo pills.
Like it says on the package "Sometimes you just need some help to get things moving!"
I like to make my product labels easy to understand. Lol (BTW I also have P*e P*e Tea)
These are a part of my Detox kit.
Both the kit and the capsules will be available at the Flagstaff Mountain Flagstaff Mountain-Town Market,
tomorrow 10 - 2 at the city hall parking lot.

Basic Herbalism ~ an 18 week introduction into the world of Herbal Medicine.
I have been sharing this course for many years and will offer it again beginning on the Spring Equinox 2025.

In this 18 weeks I will be sharing my from my 30 years of experience in using Traditional Medicine to help folks find balance in their lives.
We will look at Herbs from my eclectic background in Western & Traditional Chinese Herbalism as well as my 25 years studying and working with Traditional Mexican Indigenous Medicine.
I am looking forward to presenting this class in my new teaching space in Flagstaff Az, sitting in a circle and sharing and of course we will get to touch, smell and taste the herbs.
If you can't make it to Flagstaff, you can join us online through Zoom.
I am so excited to share this course once again and in person!

Most of you know that I lived in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico for almost 20 years. There I had a Healing Arts School, where I offered classes in Herbal Medicine, Massage, Crystal and Energy Healing. We offered group guided Meditations at least monthly for 17 years.
Also at the School Of Mother Earth, I was very busy treating clients with Traditional Medicine.
Now living here in Flagstaff I have set up a Studio with an apothecary and will be teaching classes, guiding Meditations and treating clients with Herbal Medicine.
I am hoping to continue my work with the Mexican Community, something I have missed very much since leaving Mexico.

La mayoría de ustedes saben que viví en Tijuana, Baja California, México durante casi 20 años. Allí tuve una Escuela de Artes Curativas, donde ofrecía clases de Herbolaria, Masaje, Curacion con Cristales y Sanación Energética. Medicine Making Workshop!
This will be a 5 hr workshop presented in 2 parts. October 16th & 23rd, Wednesdays 5 - 7:30pm.
I am pleased to be presenting this in my new location in Flagstaff, AZ.
The space is taking shape and almost ready to be available for Workshops, Courses, Meditations and more.
I haven't had a proper teaching space since closing "Escuela de la Madre Tierra" in 2017 and leaving Tijuana.
For me having a space in Flagstaff to share, what I have learned in the past 30+ years, is so exciting.
I want to thank all of my wonderful friends, fellow vendors and customers for encouraging me and making me feel so welcome and supported in my new location!
