It’s been a while since I shared my scheduling policies and I thought a reminder would be helpful for current and future clients. My policy is that my clients inform me at least 24 hours ahead of their booking if they need to cancel or modify their appointment. If no-shows or cancellations happen right before the booking, I don’t have time to fill the empty spot. These policies are necessary for my business as a sole proprietor because if I am unable to fill my bookings and keep appointments, I do not get paid. It is important for me to be able support my family and continue serving my amazing clients.
