Girl Scouts Troop 45420 of Sedro Woolley is holding a can food/hygiene products drive for schools in the SWSD and they’ve setup a box at Schaffner Pharmacy & Apothecary Coffee! Look at these cuties!

Please help by donating non perishable food items and/or essential hygiene products from now until December 13th! Thank you for helping those in need!

Even on a family vacation there is work to be done! Schoolwork for the littles and Medicare applications for the Anacortes location for me!

I try to avoid direct sun exposure as much as possible. I wear sunscreen at all times and spf rated clothing as much as possible, but even then in the middle of the day when the UV is the strongest that might not be enough so instead of being in the sun we are working in the shade!

This morning we started the day in the ocean at 6am with the kids playing in the waves and then did a 2000m swim/snorkel with the older kids. Lots of turtles and gorgeous fish!

Who turned out the lights?!! Unfortunately, we’ve lost power and the owner, Chris, isn’t fit enough to pedal the bicycle in the basement to keep the espresso machine running (weak sauce, we know). We will open Apothecary Coffee as soon as possible!
