We all want to make those big changes right away and have it all work overnight, but that isn’t realistic. When you make changes that you can be consistent with you’ll see that over time the big changes happen.
You need to hydrate more, try adding in one water instead of another cup of coffee. You’d like to add more vegetables into your life, add in one serving of a vegetable you actually like and over time expand from there. You’d like to add more movement into your day, dance in the kitchen while making dinner or do a few squats after brushing your teeth.
These small shifts over time will grow bigger and you’ll see an abundance of healthier habits.
Also, you need to do what is best for you, your body, and your health needs. What works best for ME might not work as well for YOU. So get curious about what feels good for you!
