Say it with me, A healthier me starts with one mindful decision at a time.
Just one.
We often feel like we need to make ALL the healthier choices all at once, and sometimes that’s fine, until life happens. You know…life with all of its unexpected and often inconvenient curve balls.
So just focus on the one thing you can do today. Make sure that you are well hydrated. Pause to have something to eat. Do a few squats in the kitchen while you’re making dinner. Take a moment to focus on your breath. Take your vitamins. Brush your teeth. Vent to your trusted person.
Whatever it is, do that one thing and over time it will just be a part of your routine. And when life is throwing curve balls at you, go back to focusing on what is the one healthier thing you can do for yourself that day.
