One of our residents is discharging today, and while it’s never easy to say goodbye, it’s a beautiful reminder of the progress, care, and connections made along the way. Surrounded by friends and staff, he shared heartfelt goodbyes and gratitude for the time spent together.

We are so proud to have been part of his journey and wish him continued health, happiness, and success in this next chapter. Once part of our family, always part of our family.
