Today, we sat in on a webinar with .h**p.business.council, regarding these new rules by DSHS.
Unfortunately, they have ruled that THCa will need to test under 0.3%, just as if it were D9.
This is a blanket ban on all flower, with the exception of most CBG flower.
Lawsuits are being put together to be filed against the state, where we may be granted an injunction and be allowed to continue as usual, while the issue is handled in the courts.
We do not currently have a time frame on when those will be filed, but will keep you all informed as we learn more about them.
As of now, all THCa flower and concentrates will dissappear from shelves, effective March 31.
Plan accordingly, and we are so sorry that this is happening.
We know so many of you rely on these products, and hopefully the courts will inevitably agree.
