Our Healthcare Center recently celebrated its all-star Skilled Nursing team with a "¡Taco 'Bout a Fiesta!" to culminate another year of dedication, teamwork and compassionate care with this fun themed party filled with creative décor and delicious treats.

We’re so proud of this incredible team and all that they do to care for our healthcare residents each and every day. 💙🩺

Spirits were high yesterday afternoon as residents and staff gathered to officially unveil our newly renovated Wellness Center at a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony & Open House! ✂️ This hub for healthy living includes state-of-the-art HUR equipment, convenient additions to the Aquatic Center & surrounding pool deck as well as a repositioned healthcare clinic, salon & barber shop, massage room and enhanced aerobics studio. Yesterday morning, Tails of Valor/Paws of Honor (TOV) came to campus to host a PUPPY PARTY! This non-profit partner is who brought our sister community, Lutheran Community at Telford, its "Community Canine" therapy dog and 2-y.o. standard female poodle Durkin, who also joined us 🐩 On the ℎ𝑒𝑒𝑙𝑠 of Veterans Day (get it?), TOV Reps shared with us their meaningful Mission and fun facts about our four-legged visitors, just before letting residents get up close and personal during meet-and-greets!

In the spirit of Thanksgiving, we are thankful for all that we have and want to give others within our greater community the chance to do the same. About a week ago, our Chaplain kicked off this year's ministry initiative with a call for donations of canned goods and non-perishables to benefit the Pennridge FISH Food Pantry. These photos are from earlier this week, and the table continues to grow! Our wonderful Transportation team will assist with delivery on Monday to feed local underprivileged families this holiday season.

We just love partnering with small businesses in our greater community. 🍂🌹 Cathy was kind enough to donate the final product, and one lucky resident was randomly selected to take it home!
