Also known as yogic sleep, Yoga Nidra is a powerful form of guided meditation that invites the body into deep rest while the mind remains aware and gently focused. During a Yoga Nidra practice, you'll lie comfortably in Savasana as a teacher guides you through a series of body scans, breath awareness, visualizations, and intentions. It’s a state between wakefulness and sleep — where the body is completely relaxed, and the mind is calm yet conscious.
This practice is known to:
🌿 Regulate the nervous system
🌿 Reduce anxiety and chronic stress
🌿 Improve sleep quality
🌿 Support emotional healing
🌿 Foster a deep sense of inner connection and clarity
There’s no movement involved, no flexibility required, and no experience needed. You simply arrive, get cozy, and allow yourself to be guided inward. If your mind feels busy or your body’s been asking for deep rest — this practice is for you.
You’ll may find Yoga Nidra woven into many of our restorative classes — including Yin, Soothing Sunset, Candlelight Yoga, Pranayama & Yoga Nidra, and Intentional Flow. Come experience it for yourself, and see how powerful stillness can truly be.
