Good morning; this is Dr. Pierce talking here. I had planned to post at least one case each month to share with our patients some of the treatment options that we can perform here at the Seminary Family Dental Clinic then this thing called Covid 19 occurred. As most of you know, we have been on a very limited schedule for the last 8 weeks. Hopefully we will resume a normal schedule in the next couple weeks. However, I wanted to tell everyone of an experience we (Denise and I) had this week at our local dollar store. I sent Denise(office manager) on a quick errand to get some supplies that we needed for the office. Since it was the first week of May, my old mastercard had expired at the end of April and I sent her to the dollar store with that card not realizing it had expired. When she went to check out of course the card was declined. The clerk tried it a couple times but no luck. She then went out to her vehicle to get the money to pay for the items and as she was returning the clerk met her at the door and said, "Don't worry about it, it has been paid." Someone or someones who were in the line behind her paid for our items. What a nice gesture that was! We don't know who this good samaritan was but I want you to know your kind gesture made our day! The last few weeks have been extremely tough on most of our small local businesses and your kind deed was and is greatly appreciated. So I hope whoever this kind person was sees this and knows how much your kindness meant to us. That's one great advantage of working/living in the little town of Seminary. 🥰
