Sunshine Health Foods is an iconic ‘brick and mortar’ destination, independently owned since 1979. We offer high-quality, natural vitamins and supplements, essential oils, hair and skin products, and organic specialty foods. Whether you are 5 or 105, we have a product for you! The Sunshine team is passionate about sharing their knowledge to help people achieve their health and wellness goals.

Owner, Laura Starman is a Florida native and life-long Seminole resident. She graduated from Seminole High School c/o 1990, BS University of Florida, and MS University of South Florida. Laura’s passion for living a healthy lifestyle and dream of owning her own business converged in 2o17. Laura is active in her local community and neighborhood.
