Does the pain of loss feel unbearable? You can find joy again! Are you overwhelmed with the demands of life and burned out? Let’s talk about it! Our journeys come with pain and unplanned roads. My lifelong mission is to lead individuals towards personal restoration and an enhanced quality of life across emotional, mental, social, and physical dimensions. As humans, our shared desires include seeking peace, understanding, acceptance, and reciprocated love. I aim to empower the hopeless, guiding them toward realizing their fullest potential. Come as you are. At times, a simple cup of coffee and meaningful dialogue can make a world of difference. The power of having someone who listens and supports us is remarkable. Together, we can embark on a journey to uncover your true self and identify ways to enhance your overall life satisfaction. I will collaborate with you, offering guidance toward solutions and healing. Let’s rediscover lost hope together in a safe, comfortable environment where your voice is heard and valued. When I’m not in the counseling room, you can find me at a local coffee shop, traveling, or spending time with my family. I LOVE cheese, floating in my pool, yard sales, Jesus, puzzles, painting, dark chocolate, fruit, and coffee! I believe there’s nothing that can’t be solved over coffee and good conversation. Sunshine on little faces,
giggles carried in the breeze,
tiny feet splashing in water,
and hands full of wildflowers 🌷

Spring is here—
where laughter grows louder,
joy feels lighter,
and even the smallest moments bloom into something beautiful ✨

Kids playing.
Bunnies hopping.
Flowers opening.
Hearts expanding. 💛

This season reminds us—
growth can be gentle,
healing can be playful,
and joy can be found in the simplest things.

👁 Did you know the eyes grew from the brain?

🧠 What is Brainspotting?

Brainspotting is a powerful tool that helps your brain and body release trauma, stress, and emotional pain.

When something overwhelming happens, your brain stores it — sometimes in ways that cause anxiety, depression, or feeling stuck. Brainspotting helps you find the "spot" in your visual field that connects to where that pain is held in the brain.

💡 Once we find the spot, your brain starts to naturally process and heal. Where we look, is connected to how we feel.

It’s gentle. It’s deep. It works.

🎯 Now offering Brainspotting sessions!
Let’s help your brain heal what your words can’t explain.

✨ One of my favorite things about my office… it’s designed *for you* ✨

Every detail is intentional — not just for comfort, but for healing.

🧸 Soft textures
🪴 Calm, grounding space
🕯️ Gentle lighting
🛋️ A place that feels safe

And yes… the **warm blanket** 🤍

It may seem simple, but warmth can be incredibly powerful in therapy. A warm blanket helps your nervous system settle, creating a sense of safety and calm. When your body feels safe, it becomes easier to process emotions, talk about hard things, and work through trauma without becoming overwhelmed.

For many clients, it becomes a grounding tool — something to hold onto during vulnerable moments.

Healing isn’t just about talking… it’s about how your body feels while you’re doing the work.

You deserve a space that feels safe, supportive, and calming. 🫶

Yesterday I was back with the beautiful ladies at The Home of Grace for Women. We worked on communication skills.

Learning how to communicate again in recovery is powerful—and sometimes uncomfortable. 💬

It’s about finding your voice, speaking with honesty, and listening with intention. It means replacing defensiveness with openness, silence with courage, and old patterns with healthier ones.

Growth happens one conversation at a time. 💛

For anyone in recovery, I highly recommend you attending this Outpatient group when you can. Staying connected is important! You got this!

Join us this Thursday night for our weekly Outpatient Therapy discussion at Home of Grace for Women. This is always a meaningful time for us to come together as a community — sharing our struggles, celebrating our victories, and encouraging one another as we navigate the journey of recovery.

Healing happens when we walk alongside others who understand the path. God never intended for us to carry our burdens alone. He designed us for connection, support, and community.

“Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.” — Galatians 6:2

Whether you are early in your recovery journey or continuing to grow in long-term sobriety, this is a safe place to learn, share, and be encouraged. Every week we discuss a different topic that helps strengthen our recovery and our faith.

Come join us for an evening of community, support, and growth. You are not alone in this journey.
