Good morning! For our friends that don't know yet we have kiddos Yoga morning on Saturdays at in downtown Seneca Falls. BRAND NEW pricing packages have been created for your convenience!!!! Here's a breakdown of what we do in class:
~Intro, weekly recap
~Story time theme infused with movements
~Games and/or Arts & Crafts
~Fun Breathing techniques
~Final Challenge or Wall poses
~Quiet mind time
~Class send off

Participant ages vary, so if you have a child that wants a class that is more adult oriented please feel free to reach out so we can work together and find a path that is beneficial to them.

We read about Frankie the Frog,painted some positivity rocks, and climbed a mountain(to Egypt), did some wall hand stands and did some belly dancer hopping. A Yogi’s life is fun!!!! 🙏🏻 🧘🏼‍♀️

Hello friends! I am so excited to announce that Kiddos Yoga Morning will be available starting Saturday June 3rd taking place in downtown Seneca Falls. This is a general class for most ages. If the response is large enough to where need to separate age groups a further announcement will be made. Until then--Harper and I look forward to seeing everyone!
