We are preparing for our very special eclipse release drum circle on 3/3 at 6 pm. This total lunar eclipse brings a cosmic transformation- a purification of old patterns, perfectionism, healing balance and boundaries. A final somatic showdown of this wild eclipse season.
Release through rhythm with us in our very first drum circle and anchor this transformation into the body.

Alisha will do a short guided meditation with Freda leading us into breath work to set the tone for Maggie to guide us in free form drumming against music as a rhythmic clearing. We will let our souls take the reins through the drum: each beat helping to anchor the body like a cleanse, grounding the mind and releasing what words alone cannot.

If you’ve ever done a drum circle- you know how ancient and powerful this feels. It’s somatic release combined with frequency and the natural melody of your soul: ancient, magical, powerful, intuitive, sovereign.
This year of sovereignty calls for a return to practices that feel foundational, intentional, communal.

Winter asks us to slow down.

To release what no longer fits.

Join Freda for a 60-minute Restorative Yoga experience centered on deep rest, gentle shedding, and quiet renewal. Through supported postures, breath, and soft chime and bowl work, we’ll honor the wisdom of winter—allowing the old to fall away like the shedding of the snake, while gently preparing the body and nervous system for what’s next.

This is not a class about pushing or striving.
It’s about being held.
