Why should I see my Primary Care Provider at least once a year? 🩺

✔️INVESTIGATION OF YOUR HEALTH HISTORY - P*P asks about your health history, family history, new symptoms and vaccine needs.

✔️TESTING OF VITAL SIGNS - measures weight, height, blood pressure, pulse & BMI

✔️PHYSICAL EXAM - P*P listens to your heart and lungs, checks ears, eyes, nose, throat, abdomen, and reflexes; also address specific concerns
