I think I decided today (only took me 9 years to realize it) but waxing is definitely my favorite part of my job. There’s literally nothing that makes me more fulfilled than a client coming in nervous and embarrassed and leaving feeling clean and confident and understood. It’s the best thing ever for me. I seriously mean it when I say this is a judgement free zone and I genuinely pride myself on being a place of safety and comfort for my clients. I hope and pray that every single client that walks through my door feels that. 🖤

Appointment Policy

To better protect my time and ensure the sustainability of my business, all current, unpaid appointments must be paid in full at least 48 hours prior to their scheduled service time. Appointments that are not prepaid within this timeframe will be canceled.

Last minute cancellations and reschedules result in a significant loss of income and prevent other clients from booking those reserved time slots. In order to continue providing consistent, high quality service, this policy will apply to ALL upaid appointments (and all clients) without exception.

If you currently have a future appointment scheduled that has yet to be paid, an email invoice will be sent. Any appointment not paid at least 48 hours before the scheduled time will be canceled.

Please note: the original booking agreement requires payment at the time of scheduling, and clients acknowledge this policy both when booking and at their appointment.

If you do not have an unpaid and prebooked appointment, this does not apply to you. Any NEW appointments absolutely must be paid at the time of booking and any requests outside of my online scheduling system will be redirected back to the online scheduling system (unless you’re paying with a gift card). This also means I will not be taking any cash payments unless you come in ahead of time to pay and it’s been communicated with me prior.
