If you struggle with vegetables… stop treating them like punishment.

Cook them in bone broth.
Finish with garlic, salt, and a little cheese.
Add egg whites or a yogurt-based sauce.
Now they’re flavorful.
Now they’re filling.
Now they actually fit a high-protein lifestyle.

Workout Tip of the Day 💪

If you’re bored with your routine, try switching things up with reverse pyramid training.

Instead of starting light and building up, warm up properly… then hit your heaviest working set first while you’re fresh — and work your way down from there.

Heavy set first.
Drop the weight.
Add reps.
Repeat.

It’s brutal in the best way and can spark new strength and muscle gains when progress stalls.

⚠️ Important: Warm up thoroughly and keep form locked in before attacking top weight.
If you’re stuck in a rut, give this a run and tell me how it feels.
