I will never regret my 200 Hr Yoga Teacher Training or going forward to obtain my 500 hr certification. Even if I had never taught yoga afterwards, it taught me so much about myself and how I wanted to my life. Piedmont made the decision that the fitness center will not open till 1:00pm this Monday January 26th. No yoga classes that day. Stay warm and safe!

Took a few days for a family trip
Grateful for this crew and the memories we continue to make.
I’m not a New Year’s resolution person, but I did make the intention to step back and slow things down. To take more times like these. Here’s to making more family memories and enjoying this life we have been blessed with❤️🙏

I haven’t sent Christmas cards for a few years. This year wasn’t any better. I feel like my word for this past year has been “breathe” Breathe through change. Breathe through emotions. Breathe through each high and low.
I seemed not be able to get it together this year. So this is our holiday card.
I hope that no matter how you celebrate or who you celebrate with that you are able to have peace and joy. That you take time to be still and breathe. Take in each moment. Be present in your own life.
I’m so grateful for this crew🙏 I’m grateful for the times we had together this year and look forward to new adventures and time together as we go forward into a new year.

Taking a moment to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. I hope all had a blessed day.
Our Thanksgivings have definitely changed over the years. Our traditions are changing making way for new traditions. This year I started Thanksgiving Day teaching a yoga class with an amazing community. I’m so grateful for all of my yoga community. I’m grateful that I get to do something that I’m so passionate about.
We went to friends for a lunch today and then came home where Clint Caples cooked an amazing Thanksgiving dinner that we had with our son. Chloe was able to enjoy family time with Blake and his family. We are so grateful she is with such an amazing young man.
I’m grateful for my husband and our children Brent Alexander Caples & Chloe Caples. I’m grateful for our 3 pups who can be a handful but are so filled with love and they make us laugh so much (and can frustrate us too🙃)
Clint and I were able to help serve Thanksgiving dinner at Bridging the Gap last night. I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve the community.
My mom has been gone for 4 years and a week. I miss her so much. I’m so grateful for her example of volunteering and service.
May we all be able to find gratitude in our lives everyday…not just on this day.
