What expectations are you carrying that were never yours to begin with?
This week in yoga we explore releasing pressure, softening self-judgment, and meeting ourselves as we are.
You don’t have to perform healing. You don’t have to prove your worth.
Just show up on your mat and breathe❤️

For my Intermediate/Gentle/Chair Yoga peeps at Piedmont Newnan Fitness Center-
Piedmont made the decision that the fitness center will not open till 1:00pm this Monday January 26th. No yoga classes that day. Stay warm and safe!
