🚨 Lead Our Security Team as Security Manager at the Jamestown Healing Clinic! 🚨
Are you a proactive, experienced security leader who believes safety should be therapeutic and supportive? The Jamestown Healing Clinic (JHC) is looking for a dedicated Security Manager to lead our team in fostering a safe, secure, and genuinely healing environment for our patients and staff.
This is more than just a security job—it's about creating a culture of safety through proactive engagement, early intervention, and constructive patient support.
🔑 Key Responsibilities & Focus:
Proactive Leadership: Direct and coordinate security initiatives, emphasizing a supportive approach that balances enforcement with patient success.
De-escalation & Support: Ensure the security team is trained, confident, and actively engaged in assessing situations, intervening early, and using de-escalation techniques.
Mentorship & Training: Supervise, coach, and mentor security personnel to build confidence in daily patient interactions and respectfully enforce clinic rules.
Compliance: Manage security policies, programs, and procedures to ensure compliance with all State, Federal, and licensing requirements.
✅ What We're Looking For:
Associate’s degree in a relevant field.
Five (5) years of managerial experience in a comparable setting.
Two (2) years of direct experience as a Security Guard or comparable position.
Knowledge of current State and Federal safety/security requirements.
Exceptional personal and ethical boundaries, empathy, and effective communication skills.
