If you've experienced shoulder tightness, discomfort, or pain you know how frustrating it can be to do just about anything that requires you to lift your arms. Holding arms up in Warriors or doing an overhead press or simply striving to put away groceries on a higher shelf can be frustrating.
Set this time in your schedule as we work together on building stronger shoulders involving a structured approach that moves beyond basic movements to incorporate active mobility, and posterior chain focus (back side of body).
