I have had the honor of attending home births since 2004, and have had five very different home births of my own. In October of 2017 I passed the North American Registry of Midwives (NARM) exam, and acquired my WA state midwifery license in 2018. My care goals are to:
-Give individualized care to you and your baby because EveryBODY is unique, empowering you to make informed choices.
-Give advice and education in preventative habits for optimal health of you, baby, and your family.
-Minimize intervention while claiming your body as well and able to grow and birth your baby.
-Extend trained and experienced attention to foresee and prevent complications during your pregnancy and birth; a “life-guard” of sorts, keeping safety first.
-Preserve the crucial and precious hours after birth while your new family imprints on and bonds with one another.
