I’ve also brought a scale and took 2.5 mg tirzepatide prior to travel. It slows intestinal transit and makes me feel full. I eat and drink less so that I’m not gaining so much weight despite food like this.

Also we are working out going on long walks and doing daily sit ups and pushups.

My last post with the photos would not allow me to add videos, so I made a second post regarding the Dreamstation Go. Here are videos using hemostats to remove the black foam. In my machine, which had about 700 hours the phone was still intact and probably causing no harm. I had two machines one sent in for recall, and this shows the sound of the upgrade machine compared to the old machine with the black sound deadening foam removed.

Sleep apnea affects many and is clearly underdiagnosed in the general population. One of the best travel machines is the Dreamstation Go, which was recalled due to foam that broke down when it was exposed to ozone leaners and other chemicals not recommended by the manufacturer.

I followed a video CPAP reviews and replicas my foam this morning. It took about 30 minutes working carefully, and I used hemostats to fish foam. I initially tried using tweezers, but that foam as the grabbing surface area was small.

I then video recoeded a comparison of the sound levels of a new replacement machine with new sounding material and the old machine with the old foam deadening removed.

I think the Dreamstation Go is one of the best travel machines because it has a heated water tank for humidifier and a turbine is quiet and powerful enough to provide comfortable airflow.

I’m down to 145 lbs. Tirzepatide has a greater appetite suppression than semaglutide if you find yourself still hungry. It’s important to weigh daily and count calories. I do 50 sit-ups and pushups daily but started at 20 each.

Recently used sermorelin which is growth hormone stimulator. Helps burn belly fat and build muscle. But as a cell growth stimulator it has an increased risk of cancer.

Today 20 mins in the elliptical, 20 bicep curls, 40 military presses, 40 torso twist, 20 triceps.

I have an Enlightened Audio Designs DVD Master 8000 from 2003 purchased used. The disc transport stopped opening about 2010 and I kept it around thinking I would sell for parts. Today I got it out and found there was Charlottes Web DVD in it and still played… so just won’t open. Well I took it apart and cleared the misalignment.

I bought this is Nebraska when I worked there as a hospitalist and operated with Benjamin Hung for fun and camaraderie.

I contemplated throwing this out or listing for parts but today I got it working again. I’m so happy. For those of you with CDs. An audiophile machine playing a disc is better sound quality than streamed music by far

Meant to post this on my personal page, but I’ll add here that tirzepatide is curbing my appetite a lot more than semaglutide. Also building muscle with sermorelin.

Those meds are all still available for now.

FDA has set March 19th as last day for compound pharmacy tirzepatide. Semaglutide also under plan for removal but latest is maybe last day April 22nd. After production stops then will be the remaining stock on hand
