In honor of the Pittsburgh Marathon, we’re creating space to slow down, recover, and restore. This 90-minute experience begins with guided mobility and intentional stretch work focused on the areas that take on the most impact from running—hips, hamstrings, calves, and lower back. From there, you’ll transition into a deeply restorative sound bath designed to calm the nervous system, reduce tension, and support full-body recovery.
At MOVE, we believe recovery is just as important as the work. This is your time to reset.
