❄️Snow days at Salt: here’s what our class cancellation protocol looks like…

Your safety always comes first. If winter weather makes travel unsafe, classes may be canceled.

Here’s how we’ll keep you in the loop:
• Any cancellations will be announced on our social media and through text communication (for those pre registered for class). Please make sure your contact info is correct and updated in your mbo profile.
• Updates will be posted as soon as decisions are made
• If a class is canceled, your pass will be automatically credited back to your account

When in doubt, please check our stories before heading out—and trust your own judgment. We will always be here when the roads are clear 🤍

Side note- our online zoom classes always come with the class audio recording. Keep and save, you can create your own salt yoga library to use when needed most!

How lucky are we to have so many beautiful options in the studios this week??

In addition to our regular class schedule (which is truly bountiful) we have these extra goodies for you 🧡

Two chances for contribute to 412 Food Rescue by coming to our charity flow classes tonight (Friday) at 6pm in Seven Fields and Sunday at 5pm in Sewickley.

Along with two workshops this weekend… Saturday is an advanced yoga flow class in Sewickley at 1:30pm with guest teacher Sam Russ.
Sunday is the salt + Tub Club ; Hot yoga, cold plunge experience in Seven Fields at 2pm

THEN Thanksgiving Day we have 2 in studio classes at both locations along with the option of a FREE class recording that sends directly to your email.

Here we go! October is in full force. Colder temps are a coming; there’s nothing better than the cozy yoga room. We have so many pop ups this month- remember there is no extra fees for pop ups. Oh hell yea dads do yoga too! If you identify as a father figure- in body or heart, here’s to you! We have quite the community of fantastic dads at Salt, thank you for showing up and doing your job well. We know these holidays can be tricky, just know; we see you. At Salt we celebrate with those worth celebrating, and to those who feel pain with this holiday, we love you hard.
