1:00PM at Maxed Out Fitness
An in-person series where you will learn to lift heavy weights (or if you already lift, learn how to improve your form and increase your strength).
Come to one, two or all three!
Curious how and why you should lift heavy weights? Not sure where to get started? Hitting a plateau or worried about getting injured?
Learn the proper form and technique for Squats, Deadlifts, Presses, Lunges and more!
This is perfect for:
The newbie who wants to lift the right way.
Those who have dappled in weight-lifting but want to improve under the guidance of an experienced trainer.
Someone who has attended or currently attends group classes, but wants to learn a new approach - lifting heavy weights for reps at their own pace and level.
Someone working out at home who doesn’t have access to heavy equipment.
Anyone who wants to get strong and feel empowered!
And don’t worry-heavy is relative! Together we’ll find what weights challenge you!
Registration opens Friday. Space is limited!
And for those that don’t know me: I’m a certified personal trainer with a decade of experience strength-training, a powerlifting coach (aka deadlift, squat and bench press expert), and a prenatal/postnatal specialist so I know how to coach you to properly use your core and pelvic floor…even if you are pregnant or had babies.
And those that do know me know this is my passion and I’m a stickler for good form!
