Meet Inecita!👋

Inecita is a Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C) in the state of Maryland. Her approach is strengths-based and collaborative, blending modalities like Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), narrative therapy, family systems, and somatic-based approaches. Inecita works with young adults and adults on a broad range of issues including navigating ADHD/ADD, life transitions, depression, anxiety, traumas, relationship challenges, and chronic health conditions. Inecita is committed to helping her patients move at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable, with the goal of helping them feel more grounded, empowered, and connected.

Meet Jacqueline!👋

Jacqueline is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) in the state of Maryland. Her approach to therapy is unique, holistic, and a draws primarily from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She also integrates evidence-based expressive arts, play, nature, and other creative modalities with clients of all ages. Jacqueline is committed to helping her patients learn to live life by their values instead of feeling like their emotions and thoughts control or overwhelm their lives.
