As this special season unfolds, I find myself overflowing with gratitude for all the blessings this year has brought. We’ve seen so many changes and felt God’s hand guiding us through each one.

As we celebrate the hope of Christ and look forward to a fresh year, we want to wish you and your loved ones peace, joy, and a season filled with love. May this Christmas be a reminder that even in times of change, there is a beautiful plan unfolding.

Only a few days until Christmas.🎄

For some, this season is a constant wave of joy and warm gatherings. For others ~ and maybe for you, like it is for me ~ it’s a blend of sweetness and heaviness as we navigate life changes like caring for aging or ill parents, guiding teenagers through their own journeys, and riding the waves of our own hormonal shifts.

If you’re feeling the joy today, embrace it fully. You don’t have to shrink it. And if it feels heavy, know that you’re not alone and that it’s perfectly okay to honor that feeling.

This is your gentle reminder that you’re allowed to celebrate, to simplify, or to change the plan entirely if that’s what you need. Presence over perfection, always.🤍🤍

You’re seen. You’re supported. And it’s more than okay to meet this season exactly where you are.

In the holiday chaos, we all know the sugar and sweet treats sneak into every aspect of our lives. The classroom parties, the office breakfasts, our homes, friends' homes, etc. It’s totally normal for moods to get a bit more "rollercoasterish" with all that sugar.

But here’s a little holiday tip: weaving in fiber and protein helps keep everyone in the family feeling more balanced and stable (yep, kids and teens included!).

For a quick win, try prepping some easy protein balls or fiber-rich snacks that everyone can grab on the go. And if you need a little extra tool, my handy-dandy pink drink is always here to help keep cravings in check.

Back to School: Are You Ready?�📚 ✏️ 🍎 🚌

When my boys were little, back-to-school always came with one guarantee: about a week in, someone got sick. 🤒 Runny noses, tummy aches—you name it. Just when we got into a routine, we were back to square one.

Looking back, I wish I’d known how much sleep, nutrition, and gut health matter for kids’ immune systems. Here are a few things I’ve learned (and yes, they work for adults too!):

1️⃣ Start the day strong~consistent wake-up time, protein + fiber at breakfast, and even a few minutes of movement.�2️⃣ Protect sleep~kids need more than we think (8–11 hours depending on age).�3️⃣ Hand hygiene~20 seconds with soap, not just a sq**rt of sanitizer. Sanitizer wrecks the good bacteria in your body too so use minimally.�4️⃣ Manage stress~downtime & movement help balance mood and energy.�5️⃣ Hydrate!! Drinking 1/2 your body weight in ounces helps with clarity, focus, energy and immunity!
6️⃣Support the gut~colorful fruits & veggies, protein, and probiotic-rich foods. Up to 80% of the immune system lives in the gut!

And here’s the part I really wish I knew back then~there are amazing kid-friendly supplements that make a big difference: probiotics, prebiotics, brain-supporting omegas, multivitamins, and even protein that tastes like a milkshake. They fill in the gaps I can't always meet!

My dear friend and former client, Michael Molinaro's health journey started in the ER with kidney stones and a wake-up call from his wife. What came next? A simple 7-minute walk after dinner and a decision to start showing up differently.
