The Sangamon County Medical Society & Alliance recognized a growing and urgent challenge facing medical professionals: physician burnout.

With support from an AHEI Health Grant, the Alliance organized an educational program focused on building resilience among physicians, their families, and office support staff.

The project included a comprehensive educational resource on burnout, distributed to attendees and made available to those unable to attend, ensuring broader community impact.
