Maria’s dream team 🏈💙

Maria W., our Shipping & Refurb Manager, often tells new consultants that the Dynasplint process is a lot like a football game—there are many steps and players involved before the splint is finally passed to the consultant who helps the patient.

We loved her analogy so much that our colleague Alicia P. painted Maria her very own “Dream Team” football and surprised her with it this December. A perfect reminder that teamwork truly makes the dream work.

We wrapped up our final Comp 1 class of the year in Maryland this week. A great week of learning, insight from our corporate and manufacturing guest speakers, and even a few birthday celebrations along the way. Grateful to everyone who helped make this week such a success! Let’s finish 2025 strong. 👏
