Her advocacy and approaches include Trauma Focused Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy and Psychodynamic Approaches. Jennifer specializes in eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and su***de prevention.

Therapy Provided: Individual and group therapy, family therapy; Serves children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and seniors. Jennifer is also trained in EMDR Therapy.

“We are all on a journey. Sometimes our journey is exciting while other times our voyage can bring hardships. I love the way Dr Seuss addresses life’s ups and downs in, “OH, the Places You’ll Go!” by stating, “I’m sorry to say so but, sadly, it’s true that bang-ups and hang-ups can happen to you.” Sometimes, just having someone that will listen is essential in finding harmony to continue through the difficult voyages and to develop a sense of where one is going. As a counselor I believe that in serving my clients I am contributing to something greater than myself. I don’t take for granted the treasures my clients share with me and am grateful to serve as a sort of navigator for their voyage. My goal is to eventually enable my clients to journey without me, to ultimately find resiliency within themselves, to strive towards their hope, their sacred, and their meaning of life.”
