Join us with Whitney Hosein at Homestead Gardens Severna Park in Severna Park on New Years Eve for an Intention Seeding, Cacao and Sound Ceremony. This gathering is about presence over productivity: setting intentions for how you want to show up and be in the world, rather than what you want to accomplish. Warm and soften hearts together with sacred cacao, release what no longer serves you in a sacred fire ceremony outdoors, clear energy through breathwork, and settle into a shared meditative soundscape of crystal singing bowls and therapeutic instruments. Plant your intentions in a keepsake vessel made by a local potter as a living reminder of your dedication.

Our Soundbaths are known for exceptional comfort. We have put so many resources into your comfort. Because if you aren’t comfortable when the instruments invite you to deeply relax, you won’t get there.

Our founder is a disabled veteran and knows the challenges that long term injury, and other challenges can cause when you lay down. That’s why comfort is an accessibility feature to us. We don’t compromise.

She will be leading a kids pottery class at Good Girl Market & Studio! This will be a four week session for kids ages 6-12.

Thursdays starting 10/30: 3:15pm- 5:00pm
Tuesdays starting 11/4: 10:15am-12:00pm
