It makes my heart sing to hear comments like this.
For a long time I was afraid to step out into the world as my authentic self for -

Fear of judgement
Fear of rejection
Fear of change
Fear of the unknown…

BUT I did the inner work one day at a time to push through those fears and NOW I’m not only using my gifts, but I’m able to help others find themselves again.

Reiki, sound baths, guided meditations, and meditation music were a huge part of my inner work so that’s why I knew I had to share them with others.

I love the quiet peace a blanket of snow seems to create, so I thought I’d take my flute practice outside ❄️

This snow has a layer of ice on top so it made things a little tricky. There were definitely some bloopers 😅.

I got a 3D printed drone flute during this holiday season. This one is from I AM SOUND, in F #.

I’ve never played flute I until now so any tips are appreciated!

I very drawn to drone instruments so I’m excited to learn this flute and incorporate it into my sound baths.

Special thanks to the Yoga Barn for such a wonderful space.

A beautiful group took the time for some self care at my New Years Sound Bath Meditation, during this Wolf Moon.
They reflected and released what isn’t needed from the past year, and called in qualities that are meant for them for the coming year.

Some qualities might be:
Ease
Trust
Creativity
Possibility
Clarity
Presence
Inner Peace…

I’m personally calling in presence, balance, and possibility.
