Our Story

CANCELLATION POLICY: Clients who do not come to their scheduled appointment and do not contact the spa in advance to cancel or reschedule must pay a fee of 50% cost of services. Clients who are scheduled to receive $50 or more worth of services and cancel within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment time must pay a $25 cancellation fee. Clients who miss three appointments without contacting the spa in advance to cancel or reschedule must pre pay for all future appointments.
