I have two private suites for rent at Vera Spa, located on Middle Creek Road in Sevierville, TN!

Great for massage therapists, estheticians, nail techs, acupuncturists, stretch therapists, wellness techs, workshops, office space, or mostly any small businesses who need a room to operate!

Both rooms are about 120 sqft.

You can make them your own space with paint and decor! 🤩

I also have a semi-private space (last two pictures, equipment not included) that would be perfect for a nail tech, lash tech, etc!
• It is 192 sqft and since it is only semi-private, rent will be much less than the private suites.
