With 10+ years in behavioral health, Dr. Whitely specializes in trauma-informed care and substance use treatment. Her background spans clinical leadership, higher education, and research — serving as a recreational therapist, department manager, and associate professor. Dr. Whitely holds a doctorate in health administration (Capella University) and leads with a transformational approach focused on continuous quality improvement and systems-level change. We’re thrilled to have her on board!
