Our mission is to provide quality healthcare for the medically uninsured who live or work in Sevier County. The Clinic was founded to reflect the life and Biblical teachings of Jesus Christ. The providers at Mountain Hope Good Shepherd Clinic treat patients in need of primary medical care, dental care and behavioral care. Another vitally important service provided by Mountain Hope Good Shepherd Clinic is the medication assistance program, providing access to affordable medications for chronic diseases. Patients are charged based on a sliding fee using the Federal Poverty Level for services provided and no one is refused care if unable to pay.

HEALTH FAIR APPOINTMENTS OPEN NOW 🩺🗓

We are excited to announce our 2026 Health Fair happening January 29–30 at 312 Prince Street in Sevierville.

Uninsured individuals who live or work in Sevier County are invited to join us for free health screenings, limited lab work, vaccinations from the Sevier County Health Department, vision screenings and resources from community partners. 💙

Appointments are required and spots fill up fast!

🎄 CELEBRATING THE HEART OF MOUNTAIN HOPE 🎄

Last Thursday evening, we gathered with our dedicated team, board of directors and volunteers for a joyful Christmas dinner and a well-deserved moment to celebrate together 💙

Every day, these incredible individuals work tirelessly to serve uninsured neighbors in Sevier County who would otherwise go without access to quality healthcare. This night was a small way to say thank you for the compassion, commitment and heart that fuels our mission all year long.

We were honored to recognize Volunteer of the Year, Dr. Robert Tatum, and celebrate Dr. Richard Dew, our medical director of 23 years, whose leadership and service have touched countless lives.

We are deeply grateful to our generous community partners who helped make the evening so special and fun:
• The Ramsey Hotel and Convention Center for the beautiful space 🏨
• Holston's Kitchen for the amazing dinner 🍛
• Once Upon a Shooting Camera for the photo booth fun 📸

We are incredibly grateful to the Sevierville Rotary Club #3882 for their generous donation and ongoing support of Mountain Hope Good Shepherd Clinic. Support from community partners like this allows us to continue serving uninsured neighbors who live or work in Sevier County with compassionate, affordable care.

🎉 ONE YEAR WITH KAIT 🎉

Today we are celebrating one year with Kaitlin Stinson, our incredible dental hygienist! 🦷💙

Originally from Virginia, Kait and her husband have called our community home for the past nine years. She loves summer, being outdoors, flowers and spending time with her husband and kids. When she is not caring for patients, you can often find her serving at church as a Children’s Pastor, where she is honored to care for God’s little sheep. 🙏🌸

Kait’s heart for service shines through in everything she does. Her favorite part of working at Mountain Hope is helping people who might not otherwise have access to dental care. As Kait so perfectly says, “Everyone deserves to be able to smile!” 😁

We are so thankful for Kait, her compassion and the joy she brings to our dental team and our patients every day.
